larysapic1croppedLarysa Slobodian is an experienced and well regarded executive coach of leaders in a variety of dynamic industries.   She coaches leaders of international large corporations, domestic organizations, entrepreneurs, government agencies, global non profits as well as local non profit organizations and small business.  In addition to executive coaching, Larysa consults to organizations and leadership teams in order to facilitate team development, effectiveness and leadership capacity  so companies and teams can achieve real business results, quickly, effectively and sustainabily.  She is a motivating and inspiring speaker having recently presented at TEDx,  (Overlake  in Washington) as well as multiple professional organizations throughout North America.

L4 Leadership LLC was created by Larysa to provide consulting services to heighten leadership in all areas of the organization, the executive level, team level and individual level as well as all of us living and leading our own lives.

Larysa has over 25 years of consulting and leadership experience.  She has worked as a leader, manager, trainer, project manager, coach, sales executive and consultant with clients ranging from aerospace, high tech, paper manufacturing, health care, higher education, refinery, utilities, energy, power, government (city, state and federal) , research science, non profits and class A building property management.  She has successfully led teams and developed leaders as part of her responsibilities as well as developed and implemented dynamic business strategies for a variety of business development, management and engineering applications. She had worked cross functionally in order to bring significant improvements to various business groups.  She also coached and developed others to do the same.  She has coached and consulted to leaders at all levels of organizations, leadership teams, management teams, sales teams, marketing groups, research departments, technical teams,  as well as construction managers, architects, general contractors and mechanical contractors.

After developing and using her skills to develop high quality working relationships both within organizations and with clients, Larysa transformed her years of experience in the corporate world to help others.  Larysa has a tremendous passion for learning and growth.  She helps leaders improve their leadership, teams evaluate and shift their team dynamics towards health and high function, so that they can reach their goals.  Larysa considers it her privilege to work with clients as they push through the edges and challenges of their leadership and help them and their organizations learn, grow and move towards excellence.  She works with enthusiasm, diligence and integrity to support them as they work to become their best selves.

Larysa received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University and her Masters in Applied Behavioral Science, Consulting and Coaching from Bastyr University, Leadership Institute of Seattle, where she has served as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors as well as the  Advisory Board for the LIOS College of Saybrook University.
