Leadership Love Letter

“Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars, to change the world.” ~ Harriet Tubman

I know you’re out there.
I’ve seen you work.
Put in long hours.
Sometimes it seems thankless.
Does anybody notice?
I want you to know that I see you. girllookingatsunrise-600x411

I see you get up each day, committed to a vision, to an idea, to a belief in something better for your team, your business, your health, your loved ones.

I love your difference.
I love that you spend time investing in reading and learning while others are spending and wasting precious moments in mindless entertainment.
I am inspired that you live in solution and resist falling into the quicksand of worry, despair and complaining.
I love that you care less about fitting in and more about standing out and even standing UP!

I love that you have a higher calling, to reach, stretch and move yourself and your world.

I know days can be long,
or that mornings often come too early.
And I know that you face doubters, skeptics, even hecklers and critics.

Whether you are leading as an entrepreneur, manager, innovator,
artist, trades person, senator, athlete, executive, community member, activist, parent, spouse, friend, neighbor, difference maker- you wonder.
Is it worth it? Can I do it?strugglingboxer

Please hear me.
I want to encourage you.
No great things comes without struggle.

And when you do struggle, make good use of it by learning, growing and encouraging your heart and others.

I see beauty in your struggle,
strength in your vulnerability
and love in your dedication.

Keep walking towards the sunrise.

I see your drive, your perseverance, your passion.
I am in love with your dedication, belief, fortitude and yes also in your struggles and setbacks.

Leadership can be messy.
Learning is disorienting.
Risk can be unsettling.

The world can be scary and uncontrollable.  Focus on doing what you can do, not on what you can not.

You may feel lonely.  Please know, that you are not alone.  Keep searching.

I’ve seen you experience rock bottom lows,
then climb to new heights.

I have seen you shed your skin and expose yourself  to new ways of being and thinking in order to grow and manifest your next level of dreams.

Because you know that in order to get big results and have a big life, that you must risk losing the comfort and familiarity of a smaller one.

You know that your growth lies in moving through your fears, not around them.

"There is no passion to be found in playing small- in settling for a life that is less than the one that you are capable of living." Nelson Mandela

“There is no passion to be found in playing small- in settling for a life that is less than the one that you are capable of living. Nelson Mandela

Life is here to be experienced
and you are here to grow and raise the potential of all of humanity
by doing everything you can to reach and stretch yourself. Expand your capacity. Grow the world’s potential.

I know you have had great victories
and I know that so many more are coming your way.
And because we are all connected- I cheer for your vision, growth and success.

I see your pain and worry and encourage you to rest, breathe, and believe deeply in yourself, just as I do believe deeply in you.

For you leader, I write this love letter.

I see you and I am inspired by you.  Keep going. Keep dreaming. Keep loving. Keep leading.

With deep appreciation and gratitude,

your coach, fan and friend,

Larysa
