Please enjoy this leadership podcast on how we can contribute to our success by telling our brain what we want to do, instead of what we don’t want to do. Click the play button or the link to listen to the MP3 file of this podcast and thank you for tuning in.
UPDATE: I provide these articles and podcasts at no charge. I think that it’s part of this work that I do. Near the day that I released this podcast, the earthquake and tsunami disaster struck Japan. If you enjoyed this podcast, I invite you to consider donating to an appropriate charity that can help this country and her people. Here are some links:

Thanks for the insight! I definitely have to re-think my language…internally and externally.
This was a pleasant surprise and good food for thought for today and everyday. Thanks for sharing your insight. Be Calm, Gordon
A charming reminder that the mind holds the esence of what we offer it to focus on. Thanks, Larysa!
Great podcast Larysa. I notice as I listen to your great analogy the subtle message in the phrase ‘don’t mess up’. Saying it this way unfortunately emphasizes the possibility that you might actually mess up. So your mind is now focused on failure – as you say, your brain hears ‘mess up’ and then does as instructed. On the other hand, if you say ‘succeed’, then you are emphasizing the possibility of just that – success. Pretty clear which one is the better strategy.
Thanks for your clear thinking and a simple way of understanding this important reality.
BTW, the podcast itself sounds really well done!
I appreciate the fact that you messages apply to everyday life as well as business leadership. Thanks
Thanks for the all the support!
