Larysa Slobodian, MA

Larysa is the founder and principal consultant of L4 Leadership and has over 25 years of professional consulting and coaching experience.

Larysa works with clients in multiple industries to facilitate change, strengthen teams and coach leaders to develop leadership skills and capacity.  She brings compassion, challenge, experience, expertise, and humor to her work as she helps leaders to be better leaders, teams to be better teams and organizations to thrive, while ensuring that business goals are kept front and center.

Ben Trelease, MA

Ben works with clients to help them through their struggles and reach their goals. With years of experience and a gentle sense of humor, he provides a calming presence for clients as they push through deep self work.

Ben brings years of experience in high stress technical and service jobs as well as a partner in a love-filled marriage and parent to 2 school-age children.  Byron Katie says that “there are no new stories”.  Ben certainly believes that we all are much more alike than we are different.

Ben received his BA from Haverford College and his Masters in Systems Counseling, from Bastyr University, Leadership Institute of Seattle.

Pam Rechel, MA

Pam specializes in coaching and consulting with leaders and their teams to build resilience in the  midst of constant challenge and change. Pam works with leaders to create a culture of accountability where clear requests and commitments are made and the “I’ll try” trap is avoided.

Pam has coached leaders from a diverse set of industry including hightech, government, healthcare, small business, family business, and non profit.

Pam’s experience also includes years of leadership positions in major corporations and has managed teams and business groups in defense, organizational development, and the software industry.  She also has worked as a senior recruiter and human resource manager with international responsibilities.

She has an M. A. degree from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) in Coaching and Consulting in Organizations, an M.B.A. from George Washington University in Information Technology, and an M.S. in Education Administration from Syracuse University. Michelle “Mitch”  Shepard, MA

Mitch Shepard has worked in the wilderness of the outdoors and the wilderness of organizations – helping people reach the edge of their capacity and then to burst beyond it to new levels of influence, leadership and transformation. Mitch’s style combines a systems perspective with a focus on individual responsibility and action.

Mitch has coached and facilitated clients in many different industries including high-tech, airline, insurance, educational institutions, retail, banks, and resort hotels. Mitch has been in the field of leadership development for 15 years, beginning her career leading wilderness expeditions for executive teams and managers. Her years working for adventure based companies combined with her corporate experience, fuels her ability to help clients think quickly on their feet, focus on “team” to create success, and remain flexible in the face of ever changing conditions.

Mitch holds a bachelors degree in Business Economics and Accounting from UC Santa Barbara, and a MA in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University. In her spare time, she trains for triathlons, hikes, cooks, reads and seeks new places to travel. She lives in Seattle with her husband Brad and daughter, Addison.

Pam Schmidt, MA

Pam uses her well-refined leadership skills and organizational development expertise to help clients achieve their strategic goals and create meaningful, lasting change. Working with organizations, teams, and individuals, Pam helps her clients develop the awareness and skills needed to uncover the root cause of challenges they face along their path to achieving successful transformations.

Pam recognizes the power a team has to create real and sustainable change within a department or an entire organization when goals are aligned and team members work together. She brings a keen awareness and an ability to listen and understand her clients.  She has worked with both government agencies and private sector enterprises.

Pam holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavioral Science with a focus on leadership and organizational development from the Leadership Institute of Seattle. She has also completed training in Organizational and Systems Relationship Coaching through the Center for Right Relationship.
