Pam specializes in coaching and consulting with leaders and their teams to build resilience in the midst of constant challenge and change. Pam works with leaders to create a culture of accountability where clear requests and commitments are made and the “I’ll try” trap is avoided.

Pam has coached leaders from a diverse set of industry including hightech, government, healthcare, small business, family business, and non profit.

Pam’s experience also includes years of leadership positions in major corporations and has managed teams and business groups in defense, organizational development, and the software industry.  She also has worked as a senior recruiter and human resource manager with international responsibilities.

She has an M. A. degree from the Leadership Institute of Seattle (LIOS) in Coaching and Consulting in Organizations, an M.B.A. from George Washington University in Information Technology, and an M.S. in Education Administration from Syracuse University.
